The overall spirit of Asbury Farm is largely dependent upon how each resident designs and maintains their residence. For that reason the Architectural Committee was established. It is not the committee's intent to tell you how to live or plan your home and improvements, but rather to guide all of Asbury Farm into one overall statement and "Sense of Place". The committee does not intend to constrain creative design, but will require that each design attempt to be in the spirit and enthusiasm of Asbury Farm. To accomplish this the committee requests that a set of drawings for each site and residence be submitted for review and written approval before any architectural, utility or landscape construction begin.
